We train facilitators in the Logical Framework Approach in groups of up to 10 participants. Ideally participants should have some experience in project management or community / business development.
Training consists of the following sections which can be delivered over approximately 35 hours:

Development Planning in a global context
Development of the LFA Approach
Day 2
Stakeholders, Stakeholder Analysis and environs
Investigation, people, boundaries and conceptualisation.
Day 3
Analytical tools for placement, problems and solutions
Introduction to the log frame
Day 4
Logical Framework Analysis Process
Logical Framework Analysis Practical exercises
Day 5
Limitations and further applications
