Since the establishment of the Scottish Parliament, a greater and greater emphasis has been placed on communities consultation and involvement. We have developed a range skills methods for recording and reporting the opinions of the people affected by a development initiatives

Framework Analysis

This tool lies at the heart of the LFA approach. It uses real logical techniques to structure projects and development plans. Using Framework Analysis can identify at the initial planning stage, many serious problems that can get overlooked by other commonly used techniques such as SMART Objectives or LEAP.

Business Planning
We have experience in developing business plans for both commercial and community initiatives some of which have gone on to be recognised as leaders in their field. Very few community based projects can expect to have successful funding applications in today's competitive funding environment without a robust and flexible business plan.

Funding Applications

European, Local Authority, NOF, SportScotland, Community Fund; we have experience in finding the right funding source for the right project. We do qualify our work on funding applications and must be satisfied of any projects merit before committing time to funding applications.

Project Delivery

Group Facilitation
Working with groups of stakeholders or employees in brainstorming sessions can often reduce input from key members of staff who have to record information, it can also lead to bias recording. Let us offer an independent support to your group work and add our wide range of experience to group work.
